Abstract
Findings from a fitness unit implemented in a personal fitness class at Lambert High School will be presented from the framework of the Teacher Work Sample. Conclusions about the impact of contextual factors, various assessments, and lesson strategies on learning will be shared along with advice for future Health and Physical Education Teacher Education interns.
