Abstract
This paper explains what a human rights philosophy of history might be, how such a philosophy of history might function, and why it might be important that human rights maintain, or reflect a philosophy of history. In this article human rights are represented by The Universal Declaration of Human Rights passed by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948.
