Abstract
The YMCA provides an excellent atmosphere for developing leadership. This presentation will provide some insight into how the YMCA helps prepare young professionals serve as future leaders. Along with presenting the experiences at the YMCA, I will discuss my involvement in the Health & Physical Education field.
