Abstract
Abstract
In the past few years more and more students have begun to choose Chinese as their foreign language class. This study looks into the motivations of the students to find a common trait amongst all students Chinese and also to discover if there is any significant differences in motivations at higher and lower levels of study. The research for this study was done by survey, in which each Professor was asked to assist me in either handing out or collecting the surveys. After collection of all needed data via these surveys, the data was organized into a chart and analyzed to find a final conclusion.
