Abstract
In this presentation, we will analyze the movement of a cannon ball being launched and effected by air friction. Using Newton's Second Law, we form a differential equation for the movement of the cannon ball in the air. Then, with the help of Laplace transformations, we solve for the parametric equations of the components on the trajectory of the projectile. The numerical method is suggested to support the analytical solution.
