Abstract
Technology has made language learning easier in terms of the activities that can now be done in the classroom that encourage more one-on-one instruction. Many forms of language-learning activities could not have been completed as efficiently as they are today before the advent of the voice recorder. Voice recording has enabled students to submit pronunciation-centered assignments without taking up classroom time, that teachers can review outside of classroom time and provide students with more one-on-one instruction. With voice recording technology, students can spend much more time focusing on speaking aspects of language learning like pronunciation. Video recording can aid students even further as teachers can see the mechanics of a student's pronunciation and can provide more accurate one-on-one instruction. iMovie is ideal for recording and submitting students' video projects because it is easy to learn and it can create files that can be played on popular programs. With iMovie, students can enhance their learning of language speaking in a stimulating and efficient way.
