Abstract

The 1993 edition of the North Georgia College Cyclops, a student yearbook produced under the college presidency of Anatomist Dr. Delmas J. Allen, served as the president of North Georgia College from 1993 until 1996 when the school's name changed to North Georgia College & State University. Dr. Allen managed the school's transition from a college to a university due to the growth and changes that North Georgia College initiated during the 1970s.
