Abstract
Mrs. Charmain Howell recorded a list of plants, animals and insects found in Dahlonega, Georgia beginning in 1951 and ending in 1964. Included in her list are dewberries, wasps, winter jasmine, scorpions, "burned hornets nest," and sunflowers. The memo book also has a list of solutions for common problems such as chiggers/ants, lace bugs, and crawfish.
